What does the service include?

The first step of our service is to complete an online private consultation. Our doctors will then review your consultation for safety and prescribe medication suitable for your needs.

Once the prescription has been processed it is sent to our pharmacy where the medicine is dispensed and shipped out for you in secure, discreet packaging.

What happens if I feel unwell or experience side effects?

How is my personal information handled?

None of your personal information is sold/ distributed to any third parties unless required to do so by law. In instances where your health was at risk we would be obliged to inform your doctor so that you remain safe and healthy.

Is the packaging discreet?

When we post your medication we always use discreet packaging, to protect your confidentiality.

Will my GP be informed of my treatment?

Your privacy is extremely important to us, and unless specifically asked to do so, we will not inform your doctor or any other parties of any prescribed treatments on enquiries made. In instances where your health was at risk however, we would be obliged to inform your GP so that you remain safe and healthy.

Is the service legal?

Yes. All of our Doctors have the necessary licence’s to practice within the UK and our pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We only supply you with medicines which are approved by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). This means that we are legally able to supply you with prescription only medicines through our approved private online consultation services.

Do you offer NHS prescription services?

No, we only offer private prescription services.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to any country within the European Union
